David Puilum Choi had an FBI warrant issued for him in the 1980's after he allegedly stabbed a man to death. According to a long-time AMW viewer who sent us his "master list" of fugitives- Choi has been aired on AMW.
Unfortunately, the poster is blurry but if you squint you can make out most of it. I am curious why it says "Hong Kong, BC" though. Is there a Hong Kong in British Columbia?
Anyway, as far as I know, Choi is still at large as of this posting date (11/2/2015). This is a pretty old case though, so if anyone has proof otherwise, feel free to let us know.
