"Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of an unknown individual whom law enforcement refers to as John Doe 31. It is believed that this individual may have critical information pertaining to the health and welfare of a child. John Doe 31 is not the subject of a criminal investigation and first came to law enforcement’s attention in January of 2012.
John Doe 31 is described as a White male, likely between the ages of 35 and 50, with a bald head. In January of 2012, John Doe 31 was seen wearing a black short-sleeved t-shirt with thin white or gray horizontal stripes. In the photos shown, the numbers 4, 5, and 6 appear on the wall behind him."
Thoughts? Here's another IJD case where the face is clearly visible. Let's hope someone identify him.
