Three other cases. Description: Milton Heredia is an Hispanic male born on December 5th, 1969, in Ecuador. He is one-meter sixty-eight centimeters tall and weighs seventy-seven kilograms. He has black hair and brown eyes. A citizen of Ecuador, he has worked as an unskilled laborer and speaks Spanish and English. He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. Case Details: On the morning of November 27th, 1992, a sixty-six-year-old woman opened her Irvington, New Jersey, convenience store for business. A heavily intoxicated young man entered and asked for a bottle of peroxide. He then brutally assaulted the proprietor. She was raped and savagely beaten with a cinderblock brick. The attacker finished the assault by stabbing the woman with a knife. Police arrested the assailant, Milton Heredia. On March 14th, 1995, Heredia pleaded guilty and was convicted of kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, possession of a dangerous weapon and attempted murder. Released on bond until sentencing, Heredia failed to appear in court on July 17th, 1995. He is now an international fugitive living in Ecuador. Case Details: In an effort to extort money for an illegal drug debt, Luis Alberto Carreno Duarte and his criminal associates kidnapped a seventeen-year-old boy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 27th, 1996. Carreno tied up his victim and shot him in the abdomen. He refused the boy’s pleas for medical attention. The victim later died of his wound. Earlier that month, Carreno and his gang took three people hostage and threatened them with death in order to collect money from cocaine traffickers. All of Carreno’s accomplices are now in the custody of U.S. authorities. A few updates on cases I initially found earlier that I've since determined the fugitives are no longer wanted.
First is about Fermin Portillo who was originally wanted since 1994 for murder out of El Paso, Texas. I checked the county court records and found a disposition for a Fermin Portillo with the same DOB in 2015, so that would mean that he is no longer wanted.
Second is about Jose Luis Oseguera who was wanted for a 1994 murder out of Modesto, California. I checked google some more and found out he was arrested in Arizona in 2007.

Three more cases Robert E. Arkus Born on 11/3/46, Arkus, at the time of his arrest, was described as a white male, 5'8", 155 pounds, brown eyes and brown hair. On April 29, 1981 a female was sexually assaulted under the boardwalk in Wildwood, New Jersey. MARIO IZARRAGA PONCE DOB: 01/11/1975 Race: Hispanic Gender: Male Height: 6' 0" Weight: 219 lbs Eyes: Brown Hair: Black Warrant: #143234 Case: #S97-25775 Ponce is wanted for murder with a No Bail Warrant issued. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Do not try to apprehend, please notify law enforcement of his whereabouts. On 10-10-97 Adelaido P. Pinedo (in/custody and convicted) and Mario Ponce entered a motel room on South 9th street, Modesto. Both were armed with handguns and shot victim numerous times in the head and torso. Both suspects fled in a cream or beige four door. Two guns a .22 and .32 cal revolvers were used and are still outstanding. Adelaido P. Pinedo was arrested on 10-31-97 by Stanislaus Co. Sheriff's Detectives in the Livingston, CA area. Pinedo went to trial and was convicted of 1st degree murder on 2-19-98. Pinedo has since been sent to prison. Ponce is still outstanding and has been wanted for murder since 1997. Ponce maybe back in the Modesto area. The victim was Jose Antonio Alvarez, 23 years old at the time of his death. Alvarez lived in Modesto and has family. The Alvarez family is asking for your help in locating suspect, Mario I. Ponce. Three more fugitives On September 1, 1992, Kamal Faruki and a group of friendsall members of Chicago's Pakistani communitywent out looking for another group of Pakistani-Americans with whom they had previously fought. Faruki's group found the victim, Paul Warda, and his friends, at a North Side restaurant and pool hall, and an altercation broke out. Three more cases. SUSPECT: James R. Fucci 3rd Description: Male, 55, 5-feet-8, 180 pounds. It has been almost 17 years since James Fucci 3rd shot another man to death and went on the lam, Suffolk County police say, but they haven't given up hope that they'll find him. According to police, Fucci was enraged about a drug deal gone bad when he went looking for revenge on Nov. 29, 1981. At 4:30 a. m., he went to a home on Johns Neck Road in Shirley and confronted Lorenzo Mims, police said. Fucci fired a shotgun at Mims, hitting him in the neck and killing him instantly, according to police. At the time of the slaying, Fucci had been wanted by police on a driving while intoxicated charge. He also faces a second-degree murder charge in connection with Mims' death. His last known address was on Sally Lane in Ridge. Later that evening, police went to interview Mr. Morales Gonzales at his residence in Silver Spring, Maryland, but he jumped from a third-floor window and fled into a nearby wooded area. Josea Morales Gonzales may have returned to his native El Salvador, or he might be traveling between there and the DC metropolitan area. Three more cases. On September 14,1987, Raul Cruz was accused by Campuzano of stealing his stash of illegal drugs. It was during an argument about the stolen drugs that Campuzano shot and killed Cruz on the street near 1300 North Greenview Avenue.
