Three new cases. ---  Hector Vega Hernandez ATTEMPTED MURDER (2) Cts. During the night of 09-16-95, in the City of Moorpark, Hector Hernandez fired a semi-automatic handgun at two people he had been arguing with. The two victims positively identified Hector Hernandez after the shooting occurred. Hector Hernandez fled the area to avoid prosecution and it is believed that he has returned to his home country of Mexico. web.archive.org/web/20020613115152/http:/www.vcsd.org/wanted_main.htm---  On October 27, 2001, Cesar Campa Avila viciously beat his girlfriend to death with a heavy, blunt object in what appears to be unprovoked attack. Avila is considered a danger to the community and may have committed a previous murder in Mexico. Additionally, Avila is known to be a heavy drug and alcohol user. Hours after the murder, Avila is alleged to have stolen a white, 1984 GMC Jimmy, bearing California license plate number 3VGG689, from a person in the city of Gilroy, CA. Avila has family members in Gilroy and may still be in the general area. Barron Weirich Maye's thread is up so his mention here has been deleted. ---  Carlos Gutierrez Penazola Suspect was involved in a group who would set up drug deals then rip off victims. On at least three occasions the rip offs involved murdering the victims. The group is known as Sinaloa Cowboys. Suspect is also wanted for a triple murder involving drugrip offs in Redwood City, CA. in February 1990. He then allegedly shot the victim multiple times and fled the scene. Lysandor was trying to break up a fight when he was stabbed. Francisco knows he is wanted and may be hiding in California, Las Vegas or the Philippines. Lopez fled from the police and was last known to be living in Vera Cruz, Mexico in 1999. Currently the FBI is seeking Lopez on a federal warrent charging unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Jorge Lopez is a mechanic and had connections to the bay area.
