In 2006, 21-year old Leticia Martinez had visition rights with her four-year old daughter, Jessica Biatriz. On Nov 4, 2006, Leticia and several other men confronted Jessica's father, Jesus Vargas and three of his friends in a Sanford, Florida home. A fight broke out and Jesus and his friends were all stabbed, one of them, Osman Rivera-Alvarado died from his injuries. Jessica was abducted by Leticia and her accomplices and haven't been seen since. Leticia is wanted for capital murder and home invasion robbery in connection with this crime. Two of her accomplices, brothers Felix and Wilrobert Lugo turned themselves in one month after the crime.
Leticia and Jessica may be residing in New York City, California or Mexico.
