He has a tattoo of red lips and the word "Ofelia" on his left breast. Villarreal is fully tattooed from above his right breast around to his back, and on his left and right legs below the knees. Remarks: Villarreal is believed to be living in Mexico. He has previously lived in Baldwin Park, California, and may have ties to Oregon. From the FBI's website: Cesar Villarreal, a convicted felon, is wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting death of a man in California. On May 21, 2010, it is alleged that Villarreal, while at a store with his two young daughters, got in an argument with two men. During the argument Villarreal allegedly pointed his gun at both men, who then fled the store. A short time later, Villarreal, while in his pickup truck without his daughters, found the two men a short distance from the store. Villarreal then allegedly shot both men, wounding one and killing the other. Villarreal was charged with murder by the Superior Court of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, California, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on June 11, 2010. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, on August 27, 2010, after Villarreal was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. He has previously lived in Baldwin Park, California, and may have ties to Oregon. Thoughts? This is a case where, not excusing it or putting words in the mouth of a case not in court yet, but I'm going to assume if Villarreal's caught, he's going to claim self-defense (only an assumption). There was an argument, his family was with him, he felt threatened. It's the only possible excuse he could have. The problem with that claim is he allegedly sought the men out without his family present. I'm not saying that's my opinion how it went down, but that is how it went down according to the alleged account. (Also, no reports on anyone else having weapons besides Villarreal). According to the FBI's website, he may still be with his wife and those two children, a 14-year old and 9-year old girl. They don't have those photos but do have his wife's photos on their websites. For the sake of his family, Villarreal needs to turn himself in and defend himself in court. Two young girls should not have to live their life in hiding. That's not a healthy environment. It should be stressed, Villarreal's wife, Obdulia Medina, is not considered a fugitive from the law.  (Pictured: Above: Obdulia Media. Perhaps they had it and I forgot to add it but for some reason I never added the photo and information for Obdulia Medina to our site which is on the FBI online wantes poster for Villareal. (Omce again, Medina is not considered a fugitive but she is crucial since she is presumably with Villarreal):  "Villarreal may be in the company of his longtime companion, Obdulia Medina, who is not a fugitive from the law. They may be accompanied by Medina’s 14-year-old daughter Aileen Cecille Rey Diaz (DOB: January 6, 2001). Villarreal and Medina have a 9-year-old daughter together, Ahtziri Citlalli Villarreal-Medina (DOB: May 9, 2006), who may be with them as well." |

As of July 16th, 2018, Villarreal is still listed on the FBI's website as a wanted fugitive. (Same link as in the OP).

They bumped up Villarreal on the FBI wanted app but can't figure out what they updated.

They bumped up Villarreal on the FBI wanted app but can't figure out what they updated. They did some slight edits, by putting his nicknames first under the alias section. Then where it points out that he’s a convicted felon, it also says he’s a known Gang Member. |

As of today, May 8, 2021, Cesar Villarreal is still listed on the FBI's featured fugitive website as being wanted.
In addition, PACER records for the UFAP warrant mention the name of the murdered victim in this case being Luis Palomera. I'm posting this out of respect to Luis's family who needs justice in this case.

Personally i believe he's hiding out either in Tijuana Mexico or Guadalajara Mexico and he could be working as an enforcer for a criminal gang or cartel or even more disturbing a hitman he also could be hiding out in the the border region of Texas Arizona new Mexico or even back in the Los Angeles area maybe in Whittier or Baldwin park as they are gang hotspots he might also be in Vancouver Washington or maybe sunnyside or Tacoma or Yakima Washington thoughts

I somehow forgot this in my last post he was born in Fresno so he may be working as a cement mason or contractor or construction worker in Fresno or los Angeles or on Tijuana like I stated before all three areas are rapidly developing and may be areas worth looking at or Oregon I forgot about that to but with the capture of Erik archeaux still in Houston I wanted to bring this to everyones attention as if he can stay five years in Houston Villarreal it's time to trap this rat

Cesar Villarreal is still at large but there doing a media blitz hopefully this works out and someone can give the los Angeles authorities some help finding him in Mexico the article I read was from Ktla.com
