Jenny Liang is wanted for the murder of her boyfriend, Patrick Sheen, back in 2000.
Patrick left China back in the 70's for a better life in the U.S. He became a successful insurance broker and became very wealthy. Despite his wealth, he felt something was missing, and thought he found it when he started a relationship with Jenny Liang, a blackjack dealer from Las Vegas.
Liang eventually moved in with Patrick. Things were going well at first, but then Patrick figured out what kind of person Liang was. Liang was very controlling and possessive, who felt threatened by anyone who figured into Patrick's life, even business partners. Despite his family's worries, Patrick swore everything was alright.
No one knows why, but in October 2000, while Patrick slept, Liang shot him several times in the head, killing him.
After the murder, Liang called Patrick's insurance company and told them Patrick was out of town on business. She then called her work and said she was in the hospital. ATM cameras later caught her withdrawing large amounts of money. She later purchased a passport and a plane ticket to Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Patrick's sister discovered his body almost two weeks after the murder, after filing a missing persons report, but Liang was long gone by then.
My guess is that she's more than likely still in China. While some believe she may have fled back to the U.S. because she had children living in the Vegas area, I think if she was still in the U.S., she would've been easier to catch. I believe she's living in China now.
