"On May 11 1991, Morro Jagana was involved in a domestic argument with Thozamile Benson Mbele. The argument escalated and after a brief physical altercation, Jagana drew a knife and stabbed Mbele in the chest. Shortly thereafter, Mbele died in hospital. A Canada-Wide Warrant was issued against Jagana for Second Degree Murder.
Working in conjunction with Toronto Police Services Homicide Squad."

Thoughts? Jagana is my Canadian case of the month. Unfortunately all there seems to be is a grainy old photo but hopefully he can still be captured.
