CAUTION
Roberto Cruz Loza is being sought for escaping from a detention facility in San Diego, California. On March 1, 1990, Loza pled guilty to fourteen counts of robbery with use of firearm and also admitted to prior prison and serious felony convictions. On March 29, 1990, Loza was sentenced to serve a term of 26 years and 4 months in prison for committing armed robbery. Five days later, on April 3, 1990, while awaiting transfer to prison, Loza successfully escaped from the detention facility in San Diego.
A state arrest warrant was issued by the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, San Diego Judicial District, charging Loza with escape. Loza was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid confinement in a federal arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court, Southern District of California, on July 10, 1996.

Thoughts? Roberto Loza was another fugitive I found on an archived law enforcement website that I verified through the San Diego County Sheriff's warrant search as still being at large. Since there's been no publicized trace of Roberto in 26 years, he's most likely still hiding out in Mexico somewhere and I doubt he's given up his criminal behaviour.
