ALIASES/MONIKERS: “Oso” Antonio Zavala Ponce, Antonio Poncezavala.
On August 15, 1979, ANTONIO PONCE ZAVALA and two associates went to Victor Alcantara Sandoval’s residence
located in the 4800 block of Beta Street in the Shelltown community of San Diego, California. ANTONIO PONCE
ZAVALA and his associates entered the house and confronted Mr. Alcantara regarding drugs and money. Mr. Alacantara
was beaten, stabbed, and shot. ANTONIO PONCE ZAVALA and his associates fled the scene. Mr. Alcantara identified
ANTONIO PONCE ZAVALA as one of the aggressors and prior to dying at the scene. ANTONIO PONCE ZAVALA is
wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder.

Thoughts? According to the San Diego County Cold Cases page, they mention that Victor Alcantara was only 10-years old when he was murdered. I'm wondering if that is actually a typo since 10-year old's are usually not involved in drugs. Also the only photo we have of Antonio Zavala is of poor quality so who knows what he would look like at 70-years old today if he is still alive.
