Zarco Mitreski- New York- 1991

Even though Zarco Mitreski is only wanted for robbery and arson, he could have potentially killed his victim by inflicting that serious head injury, as we've seen with some other cases, therefore Zarco is a pretty dangerous fugitive. I checked and Mitreski is an Eastern European name so it's always possible that he fled to Eastern Europe. I should note that with only warrants for robbery and arson, he probably didn't get as much publicity as fugitives wanted for say murder get so he could be in an Eastern European community somewhere in the US.
