Upon arrival the body of Reyes Sanchez Carbajal (32 Years old) was found dead along the creek area of Simms Park. On May 15, 2006, the Cold Case Unit obtained two "No Bail" warrants for the murder of Reyes Carbajal. These two murder arrest warrants are for two brothers, Nicasio Carbajal Leon and Felipe Carbajal Leon. Detectives learned the Leon brothers killed their cousin, Reyes Carbaja, after a family dispute. According to Alameda Sheriff's Office online wanted posters, Anyone with information on Nicasio and/or Felipe Leon's whereabouts should contact Detective Sergeant Kenneth Gemmell at 510-667-3921.

---Thoughts? I'm not aware as to what exactly the family dispute was about but regardless of what it was over, it did not need to result in Reyes Carbajal's murder. As of April 26th, 2018, Nicasio & Felipe Leon were still listed on the Alameda County Sheriff's Office website as two of their most wanted fugitives. (Same links as in HeadMarshal's OP)
