(Above photo credit: Martin County Sheriff's Office (Florida) archived website) Name: MEDAZA, JOSE Aliases: GOMEZ, ADRIAN; GOMEZ, ADRIAN MEDINA; MEDINA-GOMEZ, ADRIAN; MEDINAGOMEZ, ADRIAN; MEDINA, ADRIAN; MENDAZA, JOSE; GOMEZ-MEDINA, ADRIAN; SENOR-VILLA, JUAN; SENORVILLA, JUAN; GOMEZMEDINA, ADRIAN Offense: Homicide Reporting Agency: MARTIN CO SO Date of Warrant: 05/12/1997 Date of Birth: 11/02/1974, 03/05/1975, 03/05/1973, 03/15/1978 Race: WHITE (Hispanic) Sex: MALE Height: 5' 00" Weight: 130 Hair Color: BLACK Eyes Color: BROWN Scars, Marks, Tattoos: TATTOO, SHOULDER, LEFT; TATTOO, ARM, LEFT UPPER Occupation: ROOFER --- In 1997, authorities in Martin County, Florida say that Adrian Gomez, who is also known as Jose Medaza beat Miranda Kahle to death. Miranda fought for her life while being kicked and beaten in her trailer park home. Adrian's handprint was found in Miranda's blood which connected him to her murder. Two days after Miranda's murder, Terra Kerstein was strangled to death just a few blocks away. Adrian is wanted for questioning in Terra's murder, as well as the attack on another woman two months earlier. After the two murders in Martin County, Adrian fled to Mexico. --- Thoughts? Adrian Gomez was a fugitive case I found on an archived law enforcement website, which I verified through the Florida Statewide Warrants search as being still at large. He is one of the few serial killers or serial offenders with potential to become a serial killer to be at large. Interestingly, there was no profile of him on AMW from 1997-2012 when they were on the air. There needs to be new life breathed into this manhunt, and Adrian Gomez really needs to be found. I fear that he has killed or tried to kill more women while on the run for the past 19 years/ Based on archived law enforcememt websites, our advice for anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Adrian Gomez would be to contact the Martin County Sheriff's Department at 1-800-273-8477.

I really hate looking at this alleged bastard shirtless but if it will help identify him it's what needs to be done.
I'm shocked there seems to be no publicity on this guy. He may be a possible serial killer.

Wanted to reference the Martin County Court Records page as an additional resource to keep track of this case. All the cases under Adrian Medina Gomez (nothing under Jose Mezada) are from 1995. Therefore as of today, July 6, 2019, Miranda Kahke’s murder case has yet to go to court and Adrian Gomez is still at large. www.civitekflorida.com/ocrs/app/partySearchResults.xhtml

I found another Newspapers.com article from May 28, 1997. The article mentions that the FBI issued an UFAP warrant for Gomez at the time and was assisting the Martin County Sheriff's Office. I looked at the cases around the time for the Southern District of Florida and couldn't find the warrant (it doesn't help that Gomez has so many aliases). I'll keep checking.

I brought this up with Scumhunter but wanted to mention it here as well. I went through the PACER cases in the Southern District of Florida for the days leading up to May 28, 1997. I found no cases with defendants that matched Adrian Gomez or any of his aliases.
I did however find a case for a "sealed defendant" that was filed on May 21, 1997 and closed in 2006. It was based out of that Fort Pierce office in St. Lucie County. I checked and the Fort Pierce office appears to be the most likely office in that district to cover cases in Martin County (where Gomez is wanted out of). It is probable that this is the case for Adrian Gomez but I'm not 100% certain.
Why the case has a "sealed defendant" in the first place I have no idea.

Wanted to add that I featured the case of Adrian Gomez on a few Facebook pages. This is to spread awareness about this manhunt which I feel has been largely forgotten about. To view the FB post, click the FB logo on the upper right hand corner of the below image (The letter F in the white circle).
