On November 25, 2003, Ruben Martinez Chavez shot and killed Vicente Ramirez outside his home in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Vicente was trying to park his pickup truck at 1:30 am when an argument erupted between a group of men. Ruben, a Mexican immigrant is believed to have fled back to Mexico after Vicente was murdered.

Thoughts? To make this case even more tragic, Vicente was the father of a three-month old girl when he was murdered. His daughter would grow up, never knowing who her birth dad was. New Jersey investigators say that they can extradite Ruben Chavez nationwide but if he's hiding out in Mexico, hopefully Mexico will assist in helping to apprehend him.
