Jose Garibay is wanted by California authorities for the kidnapping and rape of a 14-year old girl. He was aired on AMW three times between 2010 and 2012 (If I recall correctly, one of his 2012 profile listings didn't actually have him on the episode).
On Jul 26, 2008, Garibay and Julio Ceja kidnapped a 14-year old girl from a concert in Boonville, California. The girl was an acquaintance of 18-year old Ceja. The girl was repeatedly raped by both men. The AMW reenactment featured Ceja getting out of Garibay's truck midway through the sexual assault. Fearing that Garibay was going to kill her she attacked her captor, swinging empty beer bottles at him. She escaped and walked five miles to a nearby friend's house, very badly hurt but alive.
In 2011, an anonymous tipster to AMW claimed that Julio Ceja was in a jail in Mexico. One year later, Mexican officials extradited Ceja. Jose Garibay is still at large.
Thoughts? It's believed that Garibay fled to Mexico but split up from Julio Ceja. They mentioned during one of the 2010 airings where in Mexico he may have fled to but I forget which location that was.
