Wow I forgot about the fact that Shaklee corporation didn't test on animals and I hear you killing animals it's just not right they are also living beings and they should be equals to human beings but ideologically this is what drove San Diego and he bombed the wrong place, so in other words he destroyed property property just because he was motivated ideologically in the Shaklee case. Now I do agree he may be a surprise addition like Brad Bishop but that wont be anytime soon.

Daniel San Diego has been on the run for 13 years as of September/October 2016 and it'll be 3 years next month since the FBI released the "credible" information that he may be in Hawaii as well as the billboard campaign that was launched around the same time.
My opinions on Daniel San Diego being added to the FBI Top Ten have changed, as I don't really think he'll be added anytime soon, as the focus of the Top Ten recently has been violent fugitives wanted for more than 1 murder (example: Policarpio, Minor, Jones, Strickland), and also cold case fugitives that are recently added to FBI site like Luis Macedo, Robert Van Wisse, and maybe soon Ruben Perez Rivera.
San Diego may have a chance if the FBI considers a significant cold case fugitive, who is very someone very heavy in publicity and reward money, also he's a great fugitive to balance Jason Derek Brown in terms of reward money and I wouldn't rule him out since he's only 39 years old and hasn't had much publicity since 2014.
Personally I feel the most wanted terrorist list has probably lost a lot of interest since there hasn't been an addition in 2-3 years and maybe the FBI want to get San Diego on a more well known list.. who knows.
Though I must say he is very light on the most wanted terrorist list compared to the others and where as on the Top Ten, he's probably going to be very heavy, if not on the same league with some of the current Top tenners, but sorta fits well on that list.
With that said I just don't see San Diego being added because of the current climate of the list and who the FBI has been considering recently for addition, but again who knows what the FBI will do

Also, I would not downplay San Diego as being "less dangerous" than other fugitives on the list. The fact that he "lucked out" that none of his alleged bombings killed anyone doesn't mean people could have been hurt. The longer he stays on the run, the more potential for bombings in the future that do kill people.

Oh yes of course not condoning or saying it's not a huge deal, people may have been hurt if they had been at the wrong place at the wrong time, on those occasions in 2003, but according to a behavioral expert with the FBI, they said San Diego could be very secretive about his life, often being a loner and not being straightforward about his history. Also he may use cash and prepaid phones while a fugitive.

I could see San Diego being somewhat guarded and secretive. He probably doesn't come across as a suspicious type.

The FBI hasn’t rotated Daniel San Diego in recent months, which leads me to believe if they finally have him cornered because of the credible intelligence they received in 2014 or If tips are beginning to dry up on him despite being on the MW terrorist list.

I really think the FBI website rotation isn't something to take that seriously. Perhaps on occasion there may be more meaning to it but I think you're looking for something that's not there. That's not to say they might not have decent leads on him, just whatever is going on with how he's positioned on the list is purely coincidental imo.

I know it's pretty ridiculous of me to state that San Diego is obviously still at large as of this update (7/7/2018) , since he is not only on the FBI website but his capture would make national and potentially worldwide news, but just for reference purposes wanred to update the thread with the link to his Interpol website Red Notice wanted poster. Although I do find it odd based on the 2014 in the url they apparently didn't issue it until 2014, despite his infamous status as one of the FBI's most wanted alleged terrorists for over a decade. www.interpol.int/notice/search/wanted/2014-54458

Figured with the captured of alleged domestic terrorist Joseph Dibee, now would be a good time to bump up our thread on San Diego.

Even though we already knew San Diego had a federal warrant just wanted to say that I've checked PACER and there's been no new documents in the case since the warrant was issued in 2003.

About time! The fact that he fled to the UK is not that surprising.

We did it guys, we caught the world's most wanted vegan!
Seriously, surprised it took this long and then when he finally is captured it came out of nowhere, but thankfully we can now put the question of where in the world is Daniel San Diego to rest.
