Cops in Prescott Valley say that Luis Mathew Florez is wanted for two counts of aggravated assault, endangerment and criminal damage. Police say that in June 2000 he used a vehicle to assault two people in Prescott Valley. He is a 52-year-old (09/03/1964) Hispanic who is 5-foot-6 and weighs 140 pounds. His last known address was on Robin Lane in Prescott Valley and before that he lived in Tijuana, Mexico.

Thoughts? No information in regards to any motive but Luis could have very easily killed his two victims based on how fast he was going when he struck them with his car. The good news is that we know to possibly look for him in Tijuana, Mexico if he's no longer in the US.
