Based on crime location, if you have information regarding the whereabouts of Michael Que Heath, then contact the San Jose Warrants Department at 408-277-4125.Moderator Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form --Thoughts? The mention on Northern California's Most Wanted was the first piece of coverage I could find on Michael Que Heath. No information on why Marcelino Lopez was murdered but 15 years is far too long for justice to be obtained in regards to his death. I feel that the reason Michael has been wanted for so long is that there's never been any national media publicity on this manhunt before. Now his case is on the internet and hopefully someone can recognize him. northerncaliforniamostwanted.org/default.aspx?act=incidentmapgallerytop10detail.aspx&IMID=2574&category=LawEnforcementFugitives&menugroup=

I would agree lack of media attention could be a key reason. Health also apparently can blend in to Asian and Hispanic communities which also could be a reason. (Bad guys come in all shapes and colors once again, tired of repeating myself lol, but I do think it's significant it seems he was Asian but hanging out with based on last names what sounds like Hispanic gang members- it means both Asian communities and Latino communities and Mexico all need to be looked at as possible locations imo.)

Northern California Most Wanted website is down AGAIN (*sigh*). I'm assuming Heath is still wanted as of June 8th, 2018, and I'll try to keep tabs of when the website is online to double check. (Or you can always click on the link in HeadMarshal's OP or go to the Northern California Most Wanted website when it's running to double check as well).

As of today, November 29, 2022, Michael is still listed on the Northern California Most Wanted website as one of their most wanted fugitives. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Michael.
