Hair: Black Eyes: Brown -- According to Newspapers.com in 1991, Jamaican marijuana trafficker Dobby Rundel was trying to find a man named "Greg" who had apparently ripped off one of his dealers. Dobby's accomplice had threatened a group of bystanders with death unless the marijuana was returned, among those threatened were 17-year old Gregory and 15-year old Kevin Smiley. A few days later, Dobby and his accomplice came across Gregory and Kevin, thinking Gregory was the one they were looking for. They then shot Kevin to death in a case of mistaken identity. The accomplice was arrested but Dobby Rundel went on the run. Based on investigative agencies, it is advised to contact Broward County Crime Stoppers if you have any information on the whereabouts of Dobby Rundel. Their phone number is (954) 493-TIPS.

According to that article, Kevin had recently started to hang out with the wrong crowd before he was shot and killed. That in no way gave the right for Dobby to kill Kevin of course, it's just tragic the circumstances that led up to this murder.
