HERNANDEZ is wanted by the Milwaukee Police Department for Murder. On 09-29-2001, HERNANDEZ attempted to rob an
individual in Milwaukee, at gunpoint, who then fled from HERNANDEZ. HERNANDEZ then pursued the victim on foot, and shot
him several times, causing his death. He may be avoiding apprehension in Mexico.
