 Photo Credits: Crime Stoppers Of Houston -- The following was from a Newslibrary Archived article from 1996 Hispanic male, 37 years old (Current Age: Approximately 58). 5-6 , 195 pounds. Brown eyes, black hair . Wanted for murder. Police say that on Oct. 8, 1995, a security guard was sent to investigate a complaint about a man who was drinking outside an apartment complex at 16800 Imperial Valley. When the guard told the man to stop drinking there, he became angry and shot the guard once in the chest, killing him. Andres Garcia is wanted in connection with this crime. Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713.222.TIPS (8477) if you have any information on the whereabouts of Andres Garcia.

While it's of course no excuse, I do wonder if Garcia became violent specifically because he was drinking since some people are non violent when they're not. Just a possible clue if he is most violent/becomes more belligerent when drunk. |

I couldn't find the case against Garcia in Harris County's online criminal court records. Although since he is still on Houston Crime Stoppers I feel it's safe to reasonably assume that he is still at large as of this update. (6/14/2018).
