Details: Twenty-three-year-old Paula Phillips got into an argument with her boyfriend on the night of February 14, 2002, and left their house as a result. The next day, she visited her sister, Beth, and then went to a friend's house. She was last seen alive when she left between 11:30pm and midnight. Almost a year later, on January 8, 2003, her remains were found in a wooded area near the Ohio River. Her family and the police believe that she was murdered. Her case remains unsolved.
