In the last decade, the FBI and Wikipedia managed to compile a complete list of names of fugitives who'd been on and off the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list. Unfortunately, no such list exists for the 250+ additions to the US Marshals' 15 Most Wanted. This is the only place I could think of to start one, but I could only manage to name about 120 of them, missing or wrong addition and capture dates notwithstanding.
10 AMW Captures prior to July of 2004 were on the US Marshals 15 Most Wanted who aren't listed here, and they can't be added until we know which AMW captures between #1 and #800, besides the 14 named here, were on the Marshals' 15 list.

*William Herbert Johnson. May have been on the list by July of 1984, wanted for assault and homicide. Born in circa 1930.
*William Harden. Child molester, reported as being at large and on the list in April 1996. All I know is that he escaped from a South Carolina prison, on an unknown date, while serving a 2 decade sentence, and was feared to be looking for vulnerable victims online.

A few more names may or may not have been on the list, but there's extraordinarily little about them online:
*William Herbert Johnson. May have been on the list by July of 1984, wanted for assault and homicide. Born in circa 1930.
*William Harden. Child molester, reported as being at large and on the list in April 1996. All I know is that he escaped from a South Carolina prison, on an unknown date, while serving a 2 decade sentence, and was feared to be looking for vulnerable victims online.
Can anyone name any other older cases on the list, newer cases I missed, confirm or correct some of those addition and capture dates, or fill in any missing dates?
