Thoughts? Arturo Perez was a fugitive I found on an archived law enforcement website who recently I discovered was still at large thanks to the Potter County warrant list. I wish I had more information than three short sentences but that's unfortunately common in manhunts more than 30 years ongoing. Hopefully an age-enhanced photo can be done or something that can finally determine where he is.
