According to Newslibrary archives, on Nov 30, 1991, Guillermo Rangel allegedly shot and killed Jose Martinez. Jose was allegedly murdered because Guillermo thought Jose was involved with his girlfriend. Shots were also fired at three other men as they were fleeing the area, two of them were hit and wounded.

Thoughts? If these charges are true then Guillermo had many ways that he could resolve this issue with Jose, other then getting his gun and shooting Jose to death. I understand romantic passion can be a very difficult thing to deal with, but every adult should have the maturity to know that harming someone else over any dispute is illegal and wrong. I feel like this is the one millionith time I've had to say something like this on this forum, and unfortunately it will not be the last time.
