On Dec 4, 1992, authorities in Gwinnett County, Georgia say that Javier Licea and Leonardo Jimenez got into a dispute at a local bar. The dispute continued at a residence where several people lived. It is there where authorities say that Javier allegedly shot Leonardo to death. Javier fled from the murder scene on foot and has been on the run ever since.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office at 770-619-6500 if you have any information on Javier Licea's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Thanks to both the Gwinnett Daily Post for doing a 2015 article on fugitives wanted out of their county for murder, as well as Newslibrary for saving the 1992 article on the case details. I don't see any further updates online so it looks like Javier Licea is still at large today. Additionally, information on vital statistics (height, weight, etc.) would be appreciated.
