He is of Middle Eastern and North African descent and speaks English and Arabic. He may spell his name "Bakkar." Last seen wearing a gray and white shirt, khaki pants, and a gray jacket. Was two at the time.
Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Adel Hizi. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. They may be in Tunisia. They may be traveling in a blue 2012 BMW 740I.
