Possible Locations: Cops say Winters could be staying in a campground environment, or could possibly be working for a contracting company in a refinery setting. Tips have recently placed him in Germany and Holland.

Marlon Winters has been wanted by Texas authorities for nearly 15 years. He was aired on AMW as a commercial break fugitive in 2003 but given full profiles in 2005 and 2006.
Winters had served in the U.S. Army for 20 years and married a woman in Germany. They had two children but left after he molested his kids. Winters settled down in Orange County, Texas where he became part of a band. He befriended two young girls age six and nine where he introduced them to what he called the "monster game". The game revolved around hide-and-seek where Winters would be the monster and if he found one of the girls, he could molest them. The six-year old didn't understand the games and asked her mother about them, even after Winters claimed her mother would die if she was told about it.
In 1999, Winters was indicted on sexual assault charges. Investigators determined that he was already grooming his next victim. More disturbingly, they found newspaper clippings containing information about local children. They also learned some possible inappropriate contact with some young male relatives of Winters, but they refused to speak about it. Winters posted his $15,000 bond and fled. AMW claims that they've received tips on Winters in Holland and Germany.
Thoughts? I feel he's probably still in Europe, probably Germany or another German-speaking nation like Switzerland. He could easily be wearing a wig and few people would recognize him.
