According to Newspapers.com, Carlos Urbina was indicted on October 2, 2002 for allegedly molesting a nine-year old girl. The girl was allegedly victimized while being babysat by Carlos. He was a friend of the victim's family. After being indicted, Carlos fled and became a fugitive.

Thoughts? Once again thanks to Newspapers.com for saving the 2002 article on Carlos Urbina's initial arrest so I could add more information on this thread. After 15 years on the run, it's quite possible that Carlos fled to his native Chile.
