On October 31, 2003, authorities in East Point, Georgia say that around five men were hanging out at a trailer. An argument broke out and indications were that Javier Cisneros got extremely angry. Javier then allegedly shot and killed brothers Tony and Salvador Ramos because of this argument. A third man at the trailer was wounded by stray gunshots. Javier, a Mexican immigrant left his trailer after the murders and has been on the run ever since.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the East Point Police Department at (404) 559-6226 if you have any information on Javier Cisneros's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Again thanks to Newslibrary for keeping an article right after these murders happened since that was the only available source I could find on this crime to do a thread summary. The archived East Point Police site was last archived in 2016 but I checked the Odyssey court records page for Fulton County and they're still showing Javier's case status as "bench warrant", just to make sure he was still wanted.
As always with these archived cases, no one else online is doing the publicity aside from us. I feel that Javier is a major threat to public safety and people in the US and Mexico where he's from need to be aware of his case. Someone after all has to do the right thing and call in that crucial tip. That can't be done if his case is only on a shelf in a cold case office.
