According to newspapers.com, on November 27, 1994, Oscar Moredo allegedly shot his cousin, Carlos Davila-Morado to death. A few days after Carlos's murder, authorities say Oscar fired a shotgun over the shoulder of a witness and threatened several other witnesses.

Thoughts? Based on the case summary, it looks like Oscar Morado stayed in Palm Beach County for a short time after Carlos's murder. I imagine based on the length of time he's been wanted for that he eventually fled the state of Florida, if not the country as well.
