Authorities in Springfield, Massachusetts are stumped regarding the murder of 16-year old Carmen Melendez. On August 24, 2011, Carmen was at a parking lot at the intersection of State and Andrews streets when someone committed a drive-by shooting. A stray bullet struck and killed Carmen.
