(Above photo credit: kfor.com) Fugitive Profile as of February 7th, 2019: (Based on ID channel/In Pursuit website profile) Weight: 230 pounds Height: 5 feet 9 inches Sex: Male Race: Caucasian Hair: Brown, but balding Eyes: Hazel Date of birth: December 4, 1972 Location: Oklahoma City, OK Last seen: January 10, 2018 in San Francisco Aliases: Harlon Foss, Harold Lee Foss, Hawkin Lee Foss, Lee Foss Additional Quirks/Characteristics: Known to enjoy fishing and could be utilizing local lakes From kswo.com: McINTOSH COUNTY, OK (RNN Texoma) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has issued an arrest warrant for a man who is accused of killing his grandparents in Oklahoma City in November. According to the OSBI, they are searching for 45-year-old Harlon Lee Foss who lived with the couple at the time of their murder. Foss is believed to have murdered the couple before dumping their bodies in a culvert off of I-40 in McIntosh County. He has not been seen since the murders. Prior to the murders Foss allegedly told co-workers that living with this grandparents was "driving him crazy" and his grandmother had began locking him out of the home when the couple wasn't home. Crime Scene Investigators with the Oklahoma City Police Department found blood evidence in the home and bloody clothing which matched Foss' size in the washing machine at the home.
If you have information on his location, contact the OSBI by phone at 1-800-522-8017 or by email at tips@osbi.ok.gov.www.kswo.com/story/37406973/man-accused-of-murdering-his-grandparents-sought-by-osbiThoughts? I am adding Foss to the site today because it is now breaking news that he has been spotted in San Francisco. The grandparents have been identified as 84-year-old Virgil Ingraham and 81-year-old Rowena Ingraham. Some additional clues: -Harlon Foss is described as a white male, 45 years old, 5’9”, 230 pounds with brown hair (balding) and hazel eyes. -Foss was spotted in San Francisco's Aquatic Park back in January and officials believe he may be hiding in the city's most popular tourist spots. -Police said Foss is an outdoorsman experienced in wilderness survival and may be living in a wooded area or park. He also goes by the names Harold Lee Foss, Hawkin Lee Foss and Lee Foss. -Authorities believe Foss to be driving a white late model Oldsmobile and is considered to be armed and dangerous. Also, I listed the specific numbers for the state he's wanted out of in articles, but as far as San Francisco goes, most articles say to just call 911 immediately. If he's still hiding there, hopefully the additional publicity can flesh him out before he tries to hide someplace else. www.muskogeephoenix.com/news/grandson-of-deceased-couple-being-sought-by-officers/article_82d23224-de41-5ca2-b80b-5a1c0d5e291a.htmlwww.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/SFPD-Search-for-Suspect-Possibly-Connected-to-Oklahoma-Murders-474370743.htmlkron4.com/2018/02/16/video-armed-and-dangerous-man-wanted-in-oklahoma-murders-spotted-at-san-franciscos-aquatic-park/-http://www.ktvu.com/news/police-seeking-oklahoma-double-homicide-suspect-spotted-in-sf-last-month UPDATE: As of January 16th, 2019, anyone with information on this fugitive's whereabouts can also call or text "In Pursuit" on the Investigation Discovery channel at 833-378-7783 and/or submit a tip at the show's website: www.InPursuitTips.com Admin Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

Can I point out that aside from being an accused double murderer, Harlon Foss is a loser. If he was frustrated with living with his grandparents, then he should have tried to get a job to do something productive with his life and then tried to get his own place.

I just re-read one article and apparently he did have a job and complained about his grandparents to co-workers. Still, he should have moved out, financially difficulties aside (if he had any), as it seems like it was an untenable situation for everyone involved.
This is sort of similar to the Jason Howard case that was on AMW, except Howard was mentally ill living with his parents and there's nothing to indicate Foss was mentally ill. The fact that he could hold down a job and communicate frustration at his situation to co-workers indicates relative stability.
In no way did the grandparents deserve what happened to them, but this seems like a ticking timebomb of a situation waiting to happen that unfortunately did happen.

An autopsy reveals that Virgil and Rowena Ingraham died of strangulation. Also, Foss was still at large as of June 1st, 2018. And apparently Foss said he had been looking to move out and complained to co-workers that his grandparents blamed him for "everything that went wrong in the house", according to his co-workers. This in my opinion just adds to the senselessness of this case. I didn't live in that house but let's just assume for argument's sake Foss was justified in his annoyance. (I'm sure some of his complaints were legitimate but it in no way justifies murder.) He was doing everything right to alleviate that- he had a job, was allegedly looking for a new place to live etc... All he had to do was wait a bit, save up money, look up apartments online etc. NOT allegedly strangle his grandparents (who whether they annoyed him or not put a roof over his head) to death. And now he's on his own anyway but as a fugitive wanted for murder. This case pisses me off a lot and I really hope Foss is caught soon. okcfox.com/news/local/autopsy-reveals-cause-of-death-for-oklahoma-city-couple-dumped-near-tiger-mountain

I don't get the point, he's now a fugitive which makes getting a stable job even harder, even under an alias. Hopefully the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation presents this case to In Pursuit. I could see this being a really great capture and a really easy one as well.

Moving Foss to the Fugitives on TV section since he is on the list of fugitives scheduled to be profiled on Season 1 of Investigation Discovery's "In Pursuit with John Walsh."

I really feel that this is one of the most likely fugitive cases to be an easy "slam dunk capture" (rare sports reference by me but you get the idea).

I hope so although I thought this case had a chance at a full segment. 15 seconds of shame are a little tougher but all it takes sometimes.

Yes I see San Francisco as a good hiding place but he could also be hiding in Marin county in the headlands or in oakland which has a lot of forested areas and homeless people and transients

As of today, May 23, 2022, Harlon still has a listed homicide warrant in the Oklahoma County warrants database. docs.oklahomacounty.org/sheriff/warrantsearch/I also purchased a temporary special discount to access Instant Checkmate’s database. I found Harlan’s profile out of Oklahoma with the same birth month and year. They list previous addresses out of Provo, Utah and Cameron, Missouri. They also mention his previous occupation of being a truck driver. I feel therefore that he could be virtually anywhere in the US.
