Thoughts? At least this case is mentioned to some degree on a current law enforcement website unlike the majority of fugitives on the run as long as Robert. Considering Robert's been wanted since 1979, a confirmation of the date of birth would be really helpful in indicating the likelihood that he is still alive.
I did find a 1976 court record piece about an appeal for a Robert Huizar out of Louisiana so I think this is the same case. All I could gather about the murder case was that a man was shot to death and his wife was shot and wounded.
