According to the Los Angeles Police Department, in 1994 Eduardo had threatened his wife that he was going to kill her. There had been a previous domestic violence report taken against Eduardo. Eduardo is then accused of shooting his wife to death. He was last seen near the victim's sister's home in Sun Valley on July 25, 1994.
This case was again brought up in the media in 2010 when news outlets reported that the LAPD's previous version of their website had covered up part of Eduardo's chest with a flesh-coloured bar. This was to hide his "saggy man boobs" as the UK's Daily Mail described it.

Thoughts? I generally wouldn't post a comment such as "saggy man boobs" in the same post that's profiling a fugitive accused of murder, except that is very distinctive and could help someone recognize Eduardo.
