Yeah it's under Antwan T Mims. At first page seems relatively normal but there is a picture of him in front of what looks like a prison cell for one of his photos. There's also a thing he posted about not caring what people think about him. Lots of people claim that- but they're usually referring to being opinionated and not caring what people think- those who truly commit to this not caring what people think as far as how they live their life in general are usually sociopaths. Woah I didn’t know that, does this mean my ex is also a sociopath? Lol. I don’t know if you guys saw one of his posts, but apparently around 2011 he asked his friends and family to let the board know he’s not a menace because he wanted to be released. According to the press conference, Mims served 11 years in prison for charges related to firearms.

Haha, no, I mean I technically don't care what people think about me, but it's related to my belief system and when I want to stand up for what I believe in even if it goes against the status quo. Others use it as an excuse to justify a**holish or immoral behavior. Mims is even more of an extreme to allegedly murdering people in front of witnesses and not caring.
Yeah well he obviously was a menace if guilty of this double homicide.

I was going to mention: I’m amazed he was released on parole. His crimes were escalating. First drug possession, and then he gets 11 years for firearm violations. It’s rare you get huge escalations in violence like Jason Derek Brown’s (credit card fraud and then murder), but Mims steadily progressed to that point.

yeah not looking like the greatest decision by that parole board (to put it mildly) in retrospect. the drug possession is one thing (I've been on the record saying we need to punish dealers, but as far as the users need rehab for them rather than punishment), but the crimes/alleged crimes increased dramatically from that.

Does anyone know if there have been any announcements of plans to file the old triple murder charges against Mims again? Technically, since those charges were dropped without prejudice, they can be filed again. It appears the State of Michigan didn’t pursue charges since Mims was already facing federal charges.

Not that I know of, but there's obviously more to the overall story on Mims than just the alleged double murder (which is horrific enough).

During the press release when Mims was added, investigators said they were considering it but were not going to comment on the matter.

Yep. Probably so they don’t jeopardize the case.

I’m actually surprised Mims has been on the run this long. I figured he would have been caught in a day or two after his addition. I’m guessing the amount of fear people have towards him may still be paying off.

I've said in the past I think we've been spoiled by a few very quick captures in the past few years and Mims is still a very recent fugitive. I'm not surprised he's lasted a week or so as that's still not that much time.
I'm not sure it's fear, that could be a factor, as much as he probably has friends helping him to hide as well.
there's no honor among thieves, so hopefully someone who knows where he is can be attracted by the 125 K's of reward money.

Good point.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he's hiding out in the South-side of Chicago: The Gangster Disciples are VERY well-rooted there.

Didn’t know his bounty stood at $125K. But I think it just takes time, again guys like Myloh Mason, and Terry Strickland, both of whom replaced Mogilevich and Gerena, were on the run for 29/30 days before being caught, I think by late July Mims would be in custody, if history repeats itself.

My bad it's actually 100 K.
But regardless some fugitives they add I'm like "they'll catch him in a day" and I'm usually right
I didn't get that feel with Mims. I feel he's more a middle ground of not a hard capture but not a super easy capture either (like if he is still at large in September I wouldn't be surprised, but if he makes it to January I would be).

Apparently Mims’ gang, the Gangster disciples is known to be international, their most notorious incident was in 2005 when they beat and killed a U.S. Army Sergeant in Germany who attempted to join the gang. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gangster_Disciples
