I'm betting he thought he was going to walk. T I mentioned this earlier, Mims was accused of murdering three people in the mid-2000's and had had charges dropped, was paroled on a bunch of various crimes and was apparently so intimidating he shot two people in front of multiple witnesses figuring no one would say anything. He thought he was untouchable. Turns out he wasn't. He had previously skated, but now he can skeet skeet skeet his way to prison. As Al Capone and John Gotti among others have found out,pride goes before the fall. |
