According to newspapers.com. in May of 1988, Ceno Muca and three accomplices were indicted on drug trafficking charges that had gotten them arrested earlier in the year. The group had allegedly been smuggling heroin from Italy to the United States. In 1987, the men had allegedly conspired to sell heroin to undercover FBI agents in a Houston hotel.
According to the US Marshals, Ceno Muca escaped from a Pennsylvania prison in 1991.

Thoughts? As of today, June 13, 2018, Ceno Muca is still at large since the US Marshals Western District of Pennsylvania added him to their website fairly recently. Since he's originally from Albania, I feel there's a good chance he initially fled back to Europe after escaping from prison.
