According to the Houston Cold Case website, Javier Aguilar is wanted for allegedly killing Beatrice Malone at a local bar on June 26, 1978. Javier has been on the run ever since.
Based on crime location and investigating agencies, it is advised to contact either the HPD Cold Case Squad at 713-308-3618 or Houston Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS if you have any information on Javier Aguilar's whereabouts.

Thoughts? This case was one of two the Houston Cold Case Department added to their fugitives page recently. There is a court records page for Harris County that generally details things like Date of Birth and Place of Birth, but I cannot log into that site for whatever reason so I'm not sure what Javier's age would be today.
If detectives did add Javier over the many fugitives wanted out of Houston, then he has to be at an age where he's most likely still alive.
