On October 24, 1992, Austin, Texas authorities say that Dionicio Alvarez allegedly shot and killed Margarito Medrano. Margarito's murder took place at a birthday barbecue at his apartment complex.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Austin Police Department at (512) 974-2000 if you have any information on Dionicio Varela Alvarez's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Per site policy, whenever I find a fugitive case on an archived law enforcement website, I will validate 100% that the fugitive still has an active warrant through a court records or warrant search page. Luckily, Travis County in Texas does and they confirmed that Dionicio Varela Alvarez still has an active warrant that was filed on October 26, 1992. So as of today, July 19, 2018, we still have to continue this manhunt.
