Thoughts? As of today, August 18, 2018, Oscar Millan is still on the generally up-to-date 88 Crime Most Wanted page, so he is still at large. I couldn't find out what charges or convictions got him sent to federal prison in the first place so if someone could clarify that we would appreciate it.
There are a lot of good clues in this manhunt. Oscar could be in Mexico or the US states of Arizona, California and Ohio. Based on his smoking habit and the injuries he sustained in a car accident, he is probably not in the best of health today at the age of 61 (as of August 18, 2018).
