Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Adams may have a mustache and he may shave his head.

Details of Disappearance
Adams was last seen in Charleston, West Virginia on November 30, 1991. He worked as a cab driver for C&H Cab at the time of his disappearance, and his last fare was a Caucasian man in forties with blond hair. The customer was never identified.
Adams has never been heard from again. His cab was found after his disappearance, covered in blood; authorities stated there was enough blood to presume death had occurred. Foul play is suspected in Adams's case, which remains unsolved.

Thoughts? Sounds to me like that last customer might have been Bobby's killer, but unfortunately not a lot of information about this case online besides the Charley Project (which made his case the missing person of the week for this week)
