According to the Fort Worth Cold Case Unit, Juan Cruz is wanted for a 1991 murder that was committed in their city. All that is known is that the murder was committed at 2233 College Avenue. Google and newspaper archive searches didn't pull up anything on this case.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact cold case detective Jeremy Rhoden at 817-392-4307 if you have any information on Juan Cruz's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, September 22, 2018, Juan Cruz appears to still be at large since he is listed on the PDF document on the Fort Worth Cold Case page and there have been no publicized updates. Any additional information such as victim, circumstances, possible whereabouts would be greatly appreciated, and can be either posted in this thread or sent through the website contact form.
Despite Juan being on the run for 27 years, he would only be 46-years of age today, so he's likely still alive. Hopefully there could be at least a small crime stoppers article or something to get his or one of the Fort Worth cold case fugitives back in the media.
