According to the Persiguiendo Injusticias website (translated into English), Fernando Leiva is accused of killing Javier Ulloa in Miami, Florida. Authorities say that Javier ran into Fernando and his accomplices at a gas station. That's when Fernando starts to chase Javier in his vehicle and shoots at the victim's vehicle, killing Javier.
Newslibrary archives elaborate on this saying the shooting was apparently a result of a confrontation between two groups of people, Javier in the first group and Fernando in the second group.

Thoughts? Continuing on with the Persiguiendo Injusticias cases that were aired from 2010-2011, Fernando Leiva appears to still be at large as of today (October 4, 2018) since he has an active warrant in the Florida Statewide Warrants Search.
The Miami Court Records page entry for this case is odd since it shows it as closed on August 26, 2009, yet that's the exact same date the Florida Statewide Warrants search shows the warrant being issued, despite the murder occurring in 2008 according to Newslibrary. The Miami Court Records page also describes the deposition as "transferred to another case", whatever that's supposed to mean.
