Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Light brown hair, hazel eyes. Alicia's nickname is Leisha. She has scars on the left side of her forehead and on her abdomen, and a birthmark on the back of her neck.

Alicia disappeared from Bisbee, Arizona on April 5, 2006. Authorities believe she left of her own accord. Alicia may still be in the local area. She may be traveling with a baby. Few details are available in her case.

Thoughts? I know Alicia was initially believed to be a runaway but still wanted to post her case out of concern since it's now been twelve-plus years and she is apparently still missing as of this posting date. (10/13/2018).
