Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for attempted murder.
On September 4 2003, an associate of Michel Abbaudi Estephan's was attacked and killed by several male suspects at an arcade in Ottawa. Estephan responded by shooting at the subjects with a handgun. He was apprehended by police and charged with attempted murder and numerous other charges. Estephan fled after being released from custody on bail.

Thoughts? Estephan is my Canadian fugitive of the month of the month of November 2018 (and since I usually take December off from posting cases, my last non-breaking news Canadian fugitive for the year). Not that I would condone them getting killed, but the people Estephan were shooting at were not exactly innocent, however at a public place like an arcade innocent bystanders could have gotten killed which is why actions like this should not be tolerated.
