In December of 2005, authorities in Morristown, Tennessee say that Clemente Fernandez who was 19 at the time, allegedly ran a red light and crashed his vehicle with another car. As a result, an elderly woman in the other vehicle was killed. Clemente has been a fugitive ever since.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Morristown Police Department at 423-273-3520 if you have any information on Clemente Fernandez's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, January 5, 2019, Clemente is still at large since WATE News out of Knoxville did a story on the manhunt yesterday. Good to see that authorities in Morristown are publicizing this manhunt 13 years later aside from an apparent media release in 2006.
