I was just looking at the FBI's Top Tenners List and they still haven't added anyone to replace Carlson and Stephenson, and that got me to thinking.... You know how the FBI always labels someone as captured is dead? Well I was just thinking when was the last time the T10 had more captured as well as dead ones before they added more to the infamous list?

The most I can ever remember was three open slots on the list (I can't give a specific date, I just remember recently there were three open slots) but I'm sure based on their history there may have been a time with even more open slots.

I can only remember three slots being open, too. That was when they added Mogilevich, Saenz, and Ravelo.

Then there was the 3 open slots in early 2017 when they captured Marlon Jones, Terry A.D. Strickland and Robert Van Wisse had surrendered.
Then later that year, the FBI had Robert Van Wisse, who still had not been replaced, Walter Yovany Gomez, and Luis Macedo.
From July 1, 2016 (after Shanika Minor was captured) till November 13, 2017 (after Jesus Roberto Munguia was addded) the FBI did not have a full list of 10.

Now that I think about it, didn't they capture like nearly all the fugitives in 1950 when the list debuted? So actually that would probably be the time with the most open slots lol.

FBI Top Ten Fugitives #3, 6 & 7 were all captured within the first month of the FBI Top Ten and were immediately replaced by # 11, 12, & 13. (Note: the number signifies the # of sequence of each fugitive added)
