I only put question mark because I don't subscribe to them but apparently Comcast/Xfinity, one of the largest cable and internet providers in the country dropped the ID channel after some sort of contractual dispute last year and still hasn't put it back on their system. This stinks (in fairness they dropped a bunch of other channels as well including We, Oxygen etc...)
This is according to Facebook posters. I put a question mark since I'm not 100 percent sure but seems that way
I don't know what else can be done except encourage everyone to demand they put the channel back and/or remind everyone you can always cut the cord just use internet and get any of the streaming services such as Sling TV DirectTV now etc.. that also provide ID.
Apparently there's been a bunch of Comcast subscribers that never got to see In Pursuit this year. That's a loss of millions of eyeballs and I can't help but think Comcast's stinginess perhaps cost the show a direct capture or two.
