Additional reward money may be available. Details: On Sunday, July 21, 2019, at approximately 7:40 a.m., an unknown suspect shot a victim in the 2700 block of 22nd Street, Northeast, Washington, D.C. during a carjacking. The victim survived the shooting. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the unknown shooter. The suspect is described as a Black male between the ages of 20 and 30 years old with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a white sleeveless shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers.
